Welcome to GPSons.in. We are committed to providing fresh, high-quality groceries. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve outlined our Return &  Refund Policy below.

By purchasing from gpsons.in, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, we generally do not accept returns. However, we do make exceptions under the following conditions:

a. Eligible Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered (e.g., wrong product, missing item).

b. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Fresh produce (fruits, vegetables)
  • Dairy products (milk, cheese, yogurt)
  • Frozen foods
  • Bakery items
  • Perishable goods

2. How to Request a Return

If you wish to return an item:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of cash-on-delivery orders, a refund will be issued via bank transfer or digital wallet after verification.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).


4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges due to the perishable nature of groceries. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow the return process, and place a new order if needed.


5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel:

  • If the order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process upon delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and the packing.
  • We’ll investigate and process a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
